This scholarship is available to undergraduate students who meet all of the following requirements:

• Member of Missouri Baptist Convention church
• Preparing for a vocation in evangelism in the United States or abroad
• Full-time student attending Hannibal-LaGrange University, Missouri Baptist University, Southwest Baptist University, or Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary

This scholarship application will require:

• GPA
• Essay: In II Timothy 4:5, Paul gave Timothy the solution to a lost and dying world. How do you see higher education enhancing your ability to do the work of an evangelist?

“I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall

the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with
all longsuffering and doctrine. For the time will come when they will not
endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves
teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the
truth, and shall be turned unto fables.” (II Timothy 4:1-4)

In a lost and dying world, Paul told Timothy that the only answer was to
watch and endure and do the work of an evangelist – and this work would
